Day 4/30
Happy Sunday!
Sunday’s are traditionally known as a “lazy day.” While it’s good to rest and recover, we can also look at Sunday at more of a “reset” day. Instead of laying around and being lazy, trying to do things to prepare you for the week ahead can take off a lot of stress that comes midweek. This can look many different ways, it doesn’t need to be meal prepping every meal, but maybe planning out your meals for the week or prepping one meal such as breakfasts for the week.
Other ways you can prepare include;
⁃ tidying your space
⁃ restocking your fridge
⁃ doing laundry
⁃ packing a gym bag for the week
⁃ creating a weekly schedule or calendar
⁃ etc! Whatever feels right for you!
Since we’re starting a fresh week while on the challenge, I want to give you an extra challenge to add! You can choose between 2 options;
1. Meal prep at least 1 thing for the week
2. Track your protein intake for at least one day to see how much you’re currently getting! (This doesn’t need to be to the gram, but try to get as close as you can without it being inconvenient!)
Whichever you choose, try to do it with intent for it to be helpful for you moving forward! Let me know if you have any questions or concerns!
