Happy Sunday!
For me, today is meal prep Sunday! If you don’t do meal prep, I would recommend giving it a try. You don’t need to prep full individual meals if that’s not your thing - you can just prep something for breakfast, you can prep freezer smoothie packs, or you could try prepping ingredients. This is the easiest place to start if you’re new to meal prep! Instead of prepping specific meals, you can prep major items for the week such as chicken, ground turkey, roasted vegetables, sweet potatoes/potatoes, quinoa, wash fresh fruit & veggies, etc! This way, when you open your fridge throughout the week, you can mix and match to assemble different meals!
Having food ready in your fridge makes things so much easier throughout the week & makes it more likely that you will eat that food instead of making other poorer choices.
Failing to prepare is preparing to fail! If you’re not a full prepper, start with a few ingredient items that could help you throughout the week!
This recipe below is a helpful lunch or snack idea to have on hand and it’s easy to throw together! You can use it as a dip with vegetables to make those raw veggies in your fridge seem more appealing, or put it in a bowl or wrap & have it for lunch! You can use rotisserie chicken or simply cook your own chicken breast for this one, hope you can give it a try!
