Everybody wants to start the new year with a healthier routine with workout and fitness goals in mind, but many don't know where to start or how to stick to it. We often start with very extreme measures & tend to fall off because it is not sustainable or we don't have a plan set in place to keep us going. The goal of this program is to kickoff the new year with a solid health routine, but also show you that you are able to overcome difficult challenges even in your busy, crazy life! Throughout the 30 days you will learn how to manage your time better, how to avoid added sugar and how that makes your body feel, & tips and tricks to navigate cravings and periods of being unmotivated when they come.. which they will! The best part of this challenge is that you will be apart of a community doing the exact same thing! You will never have to feel alone throughout the 30 days because you will have me & a group of people alongside you to support and encourage you to keep going. No matter your fitness level, age, or nutritional history, you will be able to complete this program! The program will have a set of guidelines that you should complete each day for the 30 days. There will also be things that come up each week that you will be encouraged to add on to help you create better habits and set yourself up for success. The goal is not to just get through the 30 days but to use the 30 days to figure out how you want the remaining 335 days of 2024 to look.
