This is my very first recipe book series consisting of 24 of my favorite, nourishing dishes. I want to share this book with others to show that eating well and fueling our body optimally still tastes delicious AND you can cook with minimal ingredients, not spend hours in the kitchen and still make a delicious meal. These recipes are all well balanced, focusing on veggies and protein with some starches.
