Day 5/30!
Happy Monday!
It’s now day 5 of the challenge meaning you should have gone several days now without added sugar! You may have or are starting to experience some cravings and possible withdrawal symptoms. This is completely normal and a part of the process! The good news is that these symptoms such as cravings, headaches, fatigue, & irritability will only last a short period of time and will soon be reversed to have you feeling strong, energetic & lighter!
Usually after day 7 most people start to experience a pick up of energy, they start noticing improved sleep, less crashes throughout the day & random sugar cravings usually fade away. In order for these cravings to truly fade you do have to ensure you’re eating enough protein & having balanced meals.
