DAY 1 OF REINTEGRATION
Re-integration isn’t about undoing the challenge.
It’s about bringing what you’ve learned into real life gently, thoughtfully, and without pressure. Today is not a day to test everything or prove anything. It’s a day to treat normally while staying curious.
After time away from added sugar, your body and taste preferences have shifted. Re-introducing foods intentionally helps you notice what actually feels supportive and what doesn’t. Without this pause, it’s easy to slip back into old patterns without realizing it. Re-integration gives you choice.
You may not have any cravings or any desire for using something with sugar - that is okay. Maybe, there was something you have been craving for the past 21 days and can't stop thinking about. Either feeling is valid!
How to Approach Today
If you choose to reintroduce something today, keep it simple:
Choose one food or situation
Eat it with awareness and without judgment
Pair it with a balanced meal when possible
Enjoy slowly - notice how it tastes, how you feel and how it makes you feel
You don’t need to change anything based on what you notice. Information is the goal.
As you move through today, notice:
How any different foods taste compared to before
How your energy feels afterward
Whether cravings increase, decrease, or stay the same
How your mindset feels - calm, rushed, satisfied, or distracted
None of these are “good” or “bad.” They’re signals.
Re-integration isn’t about earning foods back. It’s about learning how to include them, if and when you want, without losing awareness. Tomorrow, we’ll continue building on this, one choice at a time.
