Food may feel less loud. Cravings may pass more easily. Choices may feel calmer. These are important signs that things are settling.
Today is a good moment to think about setting yourself up for the week ahead. Preparation doesn’t have to mean full meal prep. Even light planning or mental check-ins can reduce decision fatigue and make consistency feel easier. When meals and snacks are easier to access or even just thought about ahead of time, it becomes easier to stay consistent without relying on willpower.
That might look like:
Having simple protein options available
Having nourishing snacks/food stocked and ready
Thinking ahead about busy days
Noticing when cravings usually show up & preparing for this
Small supports add up.
