DAY 18 RECAP - WHEN MEALS ARE BALANCED, THINGS FEEL EASIER

Today focused on how balanced meals; including protein, carbohydrates, and fat, support steadier energy, fullness, and fewer cravings.


When one piece is missing, hunger often returns sooner than expected. Cravings aren’t a failure, they’re simply feedback that something may not have been fully met.


You may have noticed:

  • Greater satisfaction after balanced meals

  • Less desire to snack between meals

  • Energy feeling more even throughout the day

  • Cravings showing up when meals felt incomplete


Take a moment to reflect:

  • Do your meals include protein, carbs, and fat most of the time?

  • Which meals feel the most satisfying?

  • Where does imbalance tend to show up — mornings, snacks, busy days?


This challenge isn’t about rigid plates or rules. It’s about learning what helps you feel steady, satisfied, and supported and returning to that when things feel off.
