DAY 10 RECAP - PRACTICING CHOICE
Weekends tend to remove the guardrails of routine, which can make old patterns feel more visible. That doesn’t mean you’re regressing, it means you’re seeing more clearly how habits show up when life is less scheduled.
Today wasn’t about doing things “right.” It was about noticing how you respond when there’s more freedom.
You may have noticed:
Moments where you paused before making a food choice
Times when you chose based on how you wanted to feel afterward
Situations where you acted out of habit... and noticed it later!
All of this counts as progress.
As you reflect, consider:
Where did you feel most aware today?
When did you feel most influenced by habit or routine?
What helped you stay grounded when the day felt less structured?
The middle of the challenge, especially on a weekend, is where self-trust begins to form! Keep moving forward and as always, please comment any questions or reflections you have on the challenge thus far!
