DAY 15 - REFLECTION

This should no longer feel like something you’re doing to yourself... it should now be feeling like something you’re learning about yourself.


Today is a good moment to notice the story you’re telling yourself as you move through the challenge.

Not:

  • “I’m being good.”

  • “I’m staying on track.”

  • “I don’t want to mess this up.”

But instead:

  • “I’m paying attention.”

  • “I’m learning what supports me.”

  • “I can make thoughtful choices.”

That shift matters.

When we frame this challenge as discipline, it feels heavy and draining. When we frame it as information, it feels sustainable.


Take a moment to reflect:

  • How has your internal dialogue around food shifted since Day 1?

  • What feels easier now?

  • Where do you notice more trust in yourself?


There’s no finish line we're racing toward. You’re building a relationship with food that doesn’t rely on restriction, just awareness, curiosity, and consistency.

And that’s something you can carry with you long after this challenge ends!
