DAY 15 - REFLECTION
This should no longer feel like something you’re doing to yourself... it should now be feeling like something you’re learning about yourself.
Today is a good moment to notice the story you’re telling yourself as you move through the challenge.
Not:
“I’m being good.”
“I’m staying on track.”
“I don’t want to mess this up.”
But instead:
“I’m paying attention.”
“I’m learning what supports me.”
“I can make thoughtful choices.”
That shift matters.
When we frame this challenge as discipline, it feels heavy and draining. When we frame it as information, it feels sustainable.
Take a moment to reflect:
How has your internal dialogue around food shifted since Day 1?
What feels easier now?
Where do you notice more trust in yourself?
There’s no finish line we're racing toward. You’re building a relationship with food that doesn’t rely on restriction, just awareness, curiosity, and consistency.
And that’s something you can carry with you long after this challenge ends!
