Today was also about noticing how preparation supports you. When food is easier to access, or even just thought about ahead of time, consistency tends to feel less effortful.

  • Where did a little preparation help?

  • If you weren't able to prepare today, is there a day you can plan this week to prepare more?

  • What would support you most this week — physically or mentally or both?
