DAY 3 REINTEGRATION - WEEKEND AWARENESS

It’s Saturday and weekends often change the rhythm of how we eat.


Schedules are looser, social plans pop up, meals may be less structured. All of that can make old habits easier to slip back into without noticing. Today isn’t about controlling the weekend. It’s about staying aware within it.


Weekends often bring:

  • Less routine

  • More social eating

  • More grazing or snacking

  • More exposure to added sugar


Awareness during weekends helps you decide when flexibility feels intentional and when it’s just autopilot.


You don't need to make any drastic changes today.

Instead:

  • Pause before making choices

  • Eat meals when you can, not just snacks

  • Notice how hunger and fullness feel without a weekday schedule

  • Let enjoyment be intentional, not rushed


As you move through today, notice:

  • When choices feel conscious vs. automatic

  • How social situations influence what and how you eat

  • Whether flexibility feels satisfying or leaves you wanting more

  • How your energy and cravings respond later in the day


Re-integration isn’t about being stricter on weekends. It’s about learning how to move through them with the same awareness you practice during the week.

That skill is what makes balance sustainable!
