Pause before making choices
Eat meals when you can, not just snacks
Notice how hunger and fullness feel without a weekday schedule
Let enjoyment be intentional, not rushed
As you move through today, notice:
When choices feel conscious vs. automatic
How social situations influence what and how you eat
Whether flexibility feels satisfying or leaves you wanting more
How your energy and cravings respond later in the day
Re-integration isn’t about being stricter on weekends. It’s about learning how to move through them with the same awareness you practice during the week.
