Today is about returning to your baseline, not as a reset, but as a place of clarity.
Your baseline isn’t a set of rules, it’s the way of eating that helps you feel:
Steady in your energy
Calm around food
Satisfied after meals
Less reactive to cravings
Over the past few weeks, you’ve experienced what that feels like. Today is about reconnecting with it intentionally.
Rather than experimenting with new foods, today is a great day to:
Lean into meals that felt best during the challenge
Prioritize protein, volume, and balance
Eat regular meals rather than grazing
Let food feel simple and grounding
As you move through the day, reflect on:
What foods help you feel most like yourself?
When do cravings feel quiet?
How does structure feel compared to flexibility right now?
These observations help you decide what you want to keep moving forward.
