DAY 10 - THE MIDDLE & THE WEEKEND
Day 10 sits right in the middle of this challenge.... and it falls on our second weekend! As you know, on the weekends our routines are looser and habits show up more clearly!
Without weekday structure, cravings can feel louder. Meals may happen later or sometimes skipped. Choices may feel less automatic. None of this means you’re doing anything wrong — it’s information.
By now, things may feel quieter around food. Cravings may be less intense. Meals may feel simpler. That steadiness can feel uneventful, but it’s often a sign things are working! We're right in the middle and you're learning exactly what you need to be successful. Instead of looking for dramatic changes today, notice:
What feels easier than last weekend
How you respond to cravings now
Whether choices feel more intentional
Weekend consistency doesn’t mean perfection. It means staying intentional:
Eat when you’re hungry
Include protein and fiber when you can
Notice habits without judging them
