DAY 2 REINTEGRATION - NOTICING PATTERNS
Today is about noticing patterns. One food, one meal, or one craving doesn’t tell the whole story. Patterns do.
During the challenge, you built awareness around how food affects your energy, mood, and cravings. Re-integration gives you the chance to see how those patterns hold, or shift when flexibility is added back in.
This isn’t about deciding what you should or shouldn’t eat.
It’s about learning:
What feels neutral
What feels supportive
What quietly pulls you back into autopilot
Pairing Still Matters
You may notice that foods land very differently depending on what they’re paired with.
For example:
Something sweet on its own vs. with a balanced meal
A snack with protein and fiber vs. one without
Eating mindfully vs. distracted
Often, it’s not the food itself, it’s the context.
As you move through today, pay attention to:
Do certain foods lead to more cravings later?
Does pairing foods change how you feel?
How does your energy respond across the day?
Do you feel calm, rushed, or reactive around choices?
You don’t need to “fix” anything, just be aware!
Re-integration isn’t about finding the perfect balance right away. It’s about building confidence that you can notice, adjust, and choose without judgment. Patterns take time to reveal themselves, be patient!
