DAY 16 - MAKING THIS SUSTAINABLE

The question may be starting to shift from from “Can I do this?” to “How do I keep what’s working?”


That’s an important transition! This challenge was never meant to be a short-term reset followed by a return to old patterns. It’s about identifying what actually supports you and learning how to carry that forward in a realistic way.


Strict rules don’t last, awareness does.

What you’ve practiced over the past two weeks, noticing cravings, balancing meals, pausing before reacting, are skills you can use in any season, not just January!


Sustainability comes from:

  • Knowing what helps you feel steady

  • Letting go of all-or-nothing thinking

  • Making choices that fit your real life


Life doesn’t pause for a challenge. Social plans, busy days, stress, and changes are part of the picture and you've still been able to navigate this.


You may notice that you can:

  • Make intentional choices more easily

  • Enjoy flexibility without spiraling

  • Return to supportive habits without “starting over”


That’s progress!


As you move through today, start to notice:

  • What feels easy to maintain

  • What feels too rigid to continue

  • What feels supportive even on busy days


We don’t need a full plan yet, just awareness!
