DAY 13 - RECAP & REFLECTION

You might have noticed sweetness showing up differently today. A piece of fruit tasting richer, a bite of something sweet feeling more intense than expected, or even realizing that you didn’t want as much sweetness as you once did.

That noticing matters.


When added sugar is removed for a period of time, taste recalibrates. Sweetness stops being something you need more of and becomes something you can experience fully, and then move on from.


As you reflect on today, consider:

  • Did anything taste surprisingly sweet?

  • Were there moments when “enough” arrived sooner than expected?

  • Did you feel more aware of flavor, texture, or satisfaction?


There’s no lesson to apply and nothing to change.

This is simply information your body is offering — showing you what satisfaction can feel like when it isn’t driven by excess.
